We offer 2 packages to choose from a single day and two day rental. We are also happy to create a custom quote for you as well.
All of our packages come with the following:
A combination of banquet and round tables for reception, white chiavari chairs for your reception, three ceremony sites (including our air conditioned indoor option, The Atrium), white padded garden chairs for an outdoor ceremony, setup and breakdown of all tables and chairs, a farm table perfect for your sweetheart table, round cocktail tables, getting ready suites, catering prep kitchen, access to the property for engagement and/or bridal portraits, and so much more!

Ready to book?
Yes! You will need to purchase insurance to cover the entire rental of the property with Evergreen Alley listed as additionally insured. The policies are approximately $100-150.
Do I need to purchase day of event insurance?
If you were originally planning an outdoor ceremony and the weather has other plans. You can move your ceremony inside to The Atrium. We just need a 3 hour heads up.
What if it rains and I was planning an outdoor ceremony?
We do require you to use our in house bar service when hosting your wedding with us. The additional fee is dependent on your guest count and the package selected. We offer full bar service or beer and wine service. We don't provide the alcohol itself, but we provide everything else!
Are we required to use your in house bar service?
Yes! To ensure your day runs as smoothly as possible and is stress-free, we require at least a day of coordinator. They must be professional and insured. We also have planning packages that you can add to your venue rental for an additional fee because no one knows the venue better than us!
Do you require a wedding coordinator?
To secure your wedding day with us, we require a signed contract via email, and a 25% deposit on whichever package you select. The rest of the payments are split into quarterly payments of 25% leading up to your wedding day. The final payment is due 30 days before the event.

Every wedding is special to each individual couple, and your venue should reflect your unique selves. We believe no two weddings are the same, and we strive everyday to work with you to make sure your dreams and vision are accomplished.
