Three enchanting ceremony sites to choose from. We have two sites surrounded by nature & a stunning air conditioned indoor option


To add a touch of elegance to your outdoor ceremony, we offer white padded garden chairs

In the reception space, we have white chiavari chairs for guest seating to create an absolutely timeless look

Need something to go under our string lights for cocktail hour? We offer 10 cocktail tables so you can bring a little bit of the party outside

We offer round tables and 8 foot banquet tables so you can add some variety to your guest seating arrangement

6 foot farm table to help our couples stand out at their sweetheart table

Stay for the Weekend

With our on-site black, modern farmhouse, you can now book your wedding experience for an entire weekend. Our modern farmhouse, makes the perfect spot to gather with family and bridal party, and can even serve as an additional space to host a small intimate rehearsal dinner. The four bedroom, four bathroom accommodations will make your wedding weekend one to remember!

Looking for even more design and planning guidance? As an Evergreen Alley couple, you’ll receive a $750 discount on full planning packages booked with our sister company, Cheers & Champagne!

Does the event need to end or be completely cleaned up by 11 PM?

Everything must be cleaned up and completely cleared out by 11 PM. We recommend ending your event around 10 PM to allow ample time for cleanup. If you need additional time, you can add on additional days or book the full weekend experience. 

Are there décor restrictions?

To protect the venue, we don’t allow nails, staples, tacks, screws, glue, or similar materials to be used for hanging decorations on walls, ceilings, or floors. Only Command strips or hooks are permitted for hanging items. Candles are allowed, but must be placed in venue-approved containers.

Do I need to purchase a day-of event insurance policy?

Yes, a day-of event insurance policy is required to cover your rental period, with Evergreen Alley listed as additionally insured. These policies typically cost $100–$150.

Am I required to hire a wedding planner?

To ensure your day runs smoothly and stress-free, we do require all couples to hire a wedding planner or coordinator. Our in-house coordination services are available to you for an additional fee, or you are welcome to work with another planning partner who meets our vendor requirements! 

When will I have my rehearsal?

  • Two-Day or Three-Day Rental Package: Rehearsals can take place on the first day of your venue rental period.
  • Single-Day Rental Package: Rehearsals are scheduled for the morning of your wedding day.

What is the rain plan?

We can’t control the weather—but we can ensure that your ceremony goes off without a hitch no matter what! In the event of rain, your ceremony will move indoors to the atrium, set against the stunning backdrop of our wall of windows. This setup offers a natural feel with gorgeous views of the surrounding trees. 

What kind of exits are allowed?

We permit sparkler exits, provided you add additional firework insurance to your policy, which we can help arrange. All sparkler exits must take place at the front of the building and include proper extinguishment. Please note that exits involving confetti, rice, birdseed, or similar items are not allowed.

Are all vendors required to carry insurance for my event?

Yes, all vendors must have insurance and provide us with a certificate of insurance at least 30 days before your event.

Do you have onsite accommodations?

Yes! We are currently constructing our modern, farmhouse to bring a full weekend experience!
