With three unique ceremony sites on property—our ethereal Oak Tree, romantic Brick Arch, and timeless Atrium—you’ll have the opportunity to pick the vibe that best matches your vows. As for the reception, our Black Barn awaits you in all of her moody + modern glory.

Sure, you could purchase a truckload of decorations for your wedding that you’ll likely never use again, OR you can accept our invitation to shop the Evergreen Alley Decor Closet. Our curated range of inventory includes chargers, lanterns, floating candle bases, signs, mirrors, easels, table numbers—everything you need (plus a few extras!) to decorate a wedding of up to 200 guests.
All Decor Closet items are available via a flat fee on a first come, first served basis.

In addition to orchestrating the full run-of-show on the day of your wedding, we’ll create a comprehensive event timeline, manage all vendor communication in the month leading up to your date, handle decor set-up at your ceremony and reception, and coordinate your wedding rehearsal. Does the event need to end or be completely cleaned up by 11 PM?
Everything must be cleaned up and completely cleared out by 11 PM. We recommend ending your event around 10 PM to allow ample time for cleanup. If you need additional time, extra hours can be rented at a rate of $100/hour, or you can ask us about our three-day package!
Are there décor restrictions?
To protect the venue, we don’t allow nails, staples, tacks, screws, glue, or similar materials to be used for hanging decorations on walls, ceilings, or floors. Only Command strips or hooks are permitted for hanging items. Candles are allowed, but must be placed in venue-approved containers.
Do I need to purchase a day-of event insurance policy?
Yes, a day-of event insurance policy is required to cover your rental period, with Evergreen Alley listed as additionally insured. These policies typically cost $100–$150.
Am I required to hire a wedding planner?
To ensure your day runs smoothly and stress-free, we do require all couples to hire a wedding planner or coordinator. Our in-house coordination services are available to you for an additional fee, or you are welcome to work with another planning partner who meets our vendor requirements!
When will I have my rehearsal?
What is the rain plan?
We can’t control the weather—but we can ensure that your ceremony goes off without a hitch no matter what! In the event of rain, your ceremony will move indoors to the atrium, set against the stunning backdrop of our wall of windows. This setup offers a natural feel with gorgeous views of the surrounding trees.
What kind of exits are allowed?
We permit sparkler exits, provided you add additional firework insurance to your policy, which we can help arrange. All sparkler exits must take place at the front of the building and include proper extinguishment. Please note that exits involving confetti, rice, birdseed, or similar items are not allowed.
Are all vendors required to carry insurance for my event?
Yes, all vendors must have insurance and provide us with a certificate of insurance at least 30 days before your event.
Do you have onsite accommodations?
We do not offer lodging at Evergreen Alley, but are lucky to have a wide range of hotels, bed and breakfasts, and Airbnb options nearby! Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you'd like specific recommendations.
